It's hard to find the words to explain Lois. "Only Lois" sort of sums it up. She encompassed both of her parents. She had her mother's kind, generous soul and unwavering love for her family, and her father's jovial and good-natured spirit. Lois' infectious laugh brought joy and laugher to everyone. Many conversations with her would devolve into laughing so hard we couldn't breathe. She could and would talk to anyone anywhere and make a life-long friend. She loved her new home in Canada, especially when she was riding her pink bike around visiting with neighbors. All who knew her loved her. The kindness she showed toward others left lifelong imprints on their hearts, and to say she will be missed is an understatement. Lois was passionate about hockey, and was a proud hockey mom and grandma. For Lois, Christmas wasn't just another holiday. She had the Christmas spirit all year long, to the point where people wondered if she was secretly Santa Claus. Lois had an unbreakable faith in God. She placed her troubles in his hands and trusted in his will.
