Schlossman: Boeser makes NHL All-Star Game
Former UND star Brock Boeser was named to the NHL All-Star Game on Wednesday.
He is the lone former UND player to be picked.
As you’ll note in the story, the All-Star Game will be Boeser’s first trip back to Tampa’s Amalie Arena since he had a four-point night in the 2016 NCAA national championship game against Quinnipiac.
Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman had an incredible stat in his column this week that of Boeser’s first 21 goals of the season, the puck was on his stick for a combined 22 seconds. That means you’re not seeing a lot of stick handling. Just catch and shoot.
